Store Manager Job Description

We are looking for experienced and skilled restaurant manager trainees with remarkable skills, who are willing to be trained to run a store effectively and with attention to detail.  A candidate for this position MUST have previous food service experience.  Previous food service management experience is not required.

Our restaurant managers are required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality customer services and monitor the overall financial performance of the store. The responsibilities of a restaurant manager are to greet the staff and customers, provide them with what they need, give intelligent recommendations and suggestions, build customer and brand trust, assist the staff with anything they need and make sure the customers have a great dining experience. A perfect restaurant manager trainee should be reliable, accommodating, courteous, friendly, and willing to ensure that the customers are fully satisfied.

Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager

  • Recruiting and appraising crew members
  • Training and supervising crew members

  • Maintaining financial and statistical records
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries
  • Overseeing stock and pricing control
  • Maximizing profitability and productivity

  • Preparing promotional displays and materials
  • Liaising with Corporate and District management
  • Taking care of promotional prospects, benefits, and salaries of their staff

Training is performed at our Broadway location in Knoxville.  After training is complete, the trainee will be placed at one of our nineteen Tennessee locations.
